Dr. Vinai Trichur has 25 years of experience in blue chip strategy consulting, senior executive advisory services, and business process reengineering, working with public and private sector organizations spanning multiple industries and domains. He is an expert in organizational transformation, process optimization, data strategy & governance, program stand-up and evaluation, and enterprise & fraud risk management for multi-billion dollar programs.
As a Managing Partner, Dr. Trichur leads Censeo’s Operational Improvement practice, and has led engagements with multiple U.S. Federal Government civilian agency clients. He is adept across the entire performance improvement life cycle, from identifying needs and formulating strategy with executive teams to driving change at the line with a focus on meaningfully improving outcomes to securing customer and supplier support. Prior to Censeo, Dr. Trichur held leadership roles in premier private sector consulting firms, including Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Corporate Executive Board (CEB) / Gartner, advising senior leaders at Fortune 500 firms.
Dr. Trichur holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Operations Research / Management Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras, India.
