The College of William & Mary launched a multi-year business innovation project, beginning with an 11-week assessment by Censeo Consulting Group working with William & Mary teams in several business process areas, including HR, IT, facilities, procurement and finance. After the initial assessments, William and Mary will work with the Board of Visitors to identify the most promising areas and to develop sequenced implementation plans.
The renewed emphasis on operational excellence builds on several initiatives launched in the past few years to promote innovation in William & Mary’s academic and business processes, to seek new revenues and to reallocate resources to highest priorities.
