Washington D.C.— (ExecutiveGov)— Censeo announced on Tuesday that is has been awarded a new 3-year contract with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
CMS operates a toll-free, nation-wide 24-7-360 contact center with multiple sites to provide customer service and address Medicare beneficiaries and Exchange (Marketplace) consumer inquiries. Censeo will provide program and project management, data analytics, acquisition support, management reporting, and analysis support to help modernize the Medicare and Exchange (Marketplace) call center landscape from business, technology, and operational perspective. Censeo will support the contact centers and other CMS stakeholders in addressing policy impacts and the diverse inquiries and needs of Medicare and Exchange (Marketplace) customers.
