Censeo Consulting Group undertook this white paper and created a diagnostic assessment tool to help inform and advance the U.S. Federal Government response to COVID-19 and future pandemics. This study facilitates best practice transfer among agencies at the federal, state, local, and international levels to inform strategic planning for current and potential crises.
By proactively planning for future crises, agencies will be prepared to meet the needs of stakeholders and can continue to deliver on their missions, even in the face of uncertainty.
